Delete your FinChat account

You can permanently delete your FinChat account and all associated account data at any time.

Option 1 — From the app (instant)

  1. Open FinChat
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm

Option 2 — Without the app

Email us at tyagisekhar9@gmail.com from any email, mentioning your registered phone number. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

What gets deleted

  1. Your account, profile (name, photo, about) and phone number
  2. Your group memberships and call/usage records
  3. Your uploaded profile photos
Messages you already sent to other users remain visible to them briefly and are automatically deleted from our servers within 20 days. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal compliance.
